Over the years, our effort has driven us to achieve:
- Implementation of HACCP System in 2008, subject to periodic inspection by relevant authorities.
- Certification in ISO 22000 since March 2011, Food Safety Management System. Re-certification in 2014.
- And FSSC 22000, Food Safety System Certification since May 2014.
Quality Control / Laboratory
From raw materials to the ready final product, it is implemented a
strict traceability plan and the necessary inspections in order to
guarantee the control of the production process.
Our facilities includes a laboratory with the most modern and complete instrumentation in microbiological and physic-chemical analysis (spectrophotometry, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, microscopy, PCR, ...) developed to accomplish current legislative requirements.
